added "lastJsonUpdateTime" which reflects the time a change in JSON
is detected (i.e. when did the JSON last change?, shows a change
in the message) and "lastProcessTime" which reflects the last time
the JSON was processed (or reprocessed, shows the time of receiving
the last message)
