Unzip the "FactoryReset.zip" file in a new folder.

Connect the screen to your PC (connect tothe USB C port of the screen)

Make sure the screen is powered ON

Run the "FactoryReset.bat" file

The screen should reset itself to factory settings (allow time for this process, do not remove power!)

Reinstall the Link Touch app if needed
