N4.8 Templates patch

Problem: 
When editing a template on Niagara 4.8, on the tab where you can
edit the components used by the template, it is not possible
to "delete" or "rename" components.
The 2 options are not displayed when right clicking on any component
on the context menu.

Solution:
Make sure the workbench is closed.
Copy the 4 .JAR files available in this patch.
Paste them on the "modules" folder of your Niagara 4.8 install folder
(usually C:\Niagara\Niagara-4.8.0.110\modules).
Overwrite any pre-existing file.
Re-open the workbench.
